We find children often perform better without parents on the floor once they reach Kindergym age, but you’re always welcome to watch.

Children can start from 18 months old in our Gymtots parent-and-child program. If your child is 3 or older, they can join Kindergym independently. Recreational Gymnastics begins at 5 years. There is no upper age limit — we also take on older beginners and serious gymnasts working toward competition. Book a free trial and our coaches will assess the right program for your child on the day.
Is the first class really free?
Yes — every child’s first class at Flykidz is completely free, with no commitment required. This applies to all programs and all age groups. We want your child to experience the coaching, the studio, and the environment before you make any decision. Most families enrol on the day. WhatsApp us to book your free trial.
