Our Programs

From first steps to competitive pathways, our programs are structured to guide each child’s growth in gymnastics with confidence and purpose. Explore our Recreational and Competitive programs to find the right starting point for your child.

Recreational Program

Gymtots Class (1-3 years old)

This program provides children with developmental movement experiences focusing on basic motor skills, perceptual development, and cognitive skills. Basic gymnastics skills are introduced in a supportive environment where parents actively participate alongside their children in every class.

Kindergym Class (3-5 years old)

A fun-filled class where preschoolers are taught basic gymnastics without parents, while interacting with other children and a coach. They learn educational gymnastics, structure and discipline, while developing both gross and fine motor skills, confidence, balance, coordination and social interaction in a lively and positive atmosphere.

Recreational Class (5-7 years old)

A class that teaches basic gymnastics skills while equipping students with self-confidence and independence. Whether it’s cartwheels, handstands or backward rolls, they learn at their own pace with creative warm ups and colourful weekly-themed obstacle courses.

Advanced (8–10 years old)

Designed for young gymnasts with strong fundamentals, this program focuses on proper form, technique, strength, and flexibility. Children develop discipline, confidence, and foundational skills, following the Gymnastics Australia ALP and Malaysian Gymnastics Federation Sirkit Remaja framework. Ideal for students showing potential and interest in more serious skill development.

Intermediate (11+ years old)

Designed for gymnasts who have mastered Advanced-level fundamentals but are not moving into Pre-Competitive training, this program offers a fun, fitness-focused approach to gymnastics. Athletes continue building strength, coordination, and proper form while learning new skills at a comfortable pace. Classes feature engaging circuits, group activities, and themed challenges, making gymnastics enjoyable without the intensity of high-level competition.

Tumbling (All Ages)

Front flips, back flips, and twists — tumbling is all about power, precision, and fearless fun! Whether you’re a cheerleader perfecting your passes, a dancer adding acro flair, or just love high-energy movement, this class welcomes all levels. Cheerleaders often train here, building strength, technique, and confidence on the spring floor in a fun, supportive environment.

Competitive Program

(Entry by assessment & invitation only)

Pre-Competitive Group

For gymnasts progressing from Advanced, this program focuses on routine construction, skill refinement, and performance consistency. Athletes start learning optional routines, allowing them to showcase individual skills and style, while continuing to follow the ALP and MGF frameworks. Training emphasizes discipline, commitment, and preparation for district and state competitions (MSSD/MSSWPKL).

Competitive Group

This program is for gymnasts who demonstrate strong skills, consistency, and commitment. Training emphasizes advanced skill progression, full routine refinement, execution precision, and conditioning for strength and flexibility. Athletes focus more on optional routines, gaining independence in performing skills, while preparing for district, state, and higher-level competitions.

Elite Group

The Elite program is for the most advanced gymnasts, focusing exclusively on optional routines performed with precision, power, and artistry. Training is demanding, with a strong emphasis on strength, flexibility, technique, and consistency under competition conditions.
